AUDITIONS

Dissonance Dance Theatre works with serious dance artists who seek rigorous training and want to be catalysts for great work! Unless casting for a large project, auditions for dancers and apprentices are conducted in the spring during company dance class and rehearsal with the company, observed by the Artistic Director.

Dancers must be strong in classical ballet and cross-trained in modern, jazz or hip hop.

Dissonance rehearses on Sundays and receives a performance stipend for performances.

Apprentices are chosen during Company Auditions.
